Chivite, in response to the PP's request to appear on the Senate inquiry committee: "We're going there."

The President of the Government of Navarre, Maria Chivite, has stated that, after the PP has announced that it will call the 'Koldo committee' of the Senate, 'there we will explain'.

The PP's Senate spokeswoman, Alicia Garcia, announced on Wednesday that she will use her party's majority in the Upper House to summon Navarre's president, Maria Chivite, to the committee of inquiry of all branches of the Koldo case.

At a press conference in the Senate, Garcia has claimed that Chivite is "a student who has an advantage over sanchism," and has accused him of "building a network of public works concessions in exchange for bites that could end up in the pockets of PSOE leaders."

Following the Civil Guard's latest report on former PSOE Secretary of Organization Santos Cerdán, the Socialist President of Navarre was included in the list of persons appearing on the committee of inquiry, although no specific date was set for his appearance.
