According to Garcia's curriculum, he was a degree in Commercial Management and Marketing , but actually the president of the Navarra PP made a degree from the ESIC University. Since he hasn't passed the screening of the agency regulating official degrees, it's not a degree, and the student doesn't need a university degree before.
The PP parliamentarian has changed this fact in his file after being asked about it by the News Journal .
