The CELAC-UE summit begins
Only nine Heads of State and Government attended the Fourth Summit of the European Union (EU) and the Community of Latin America and the Caribbean (CELAC) this Sunday.
The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and the European Union (EU)Summit IV has begun, attended by only nine Heads of State and Government, according to official sources.
