Eusko Legebiltzarrak atzera bota du Euskadirentzat gutxieneko soldata propioa ezartzeko ekimen legegilea
Hainbat sindikatuk bultzatutako eta 138.000 sinadurek babestutako proposamenak kontrako 44 boto (EAJ, PSE-EE, PP eta Vox) eta aldeko 27 (EH Bildu eta Sumar) jaso ditu, eta ez dute Legebiltzarrean eztabaidatuko.
EAJk, PSE-EEk, PPk eta Voxek atzera bota dute, Eusko Legebiltzarreko Osoko Bilkuran, Estatuko legedia aldatzea proposatzen zuen Herri Ekimen Legegilea izapidetzea, autonomia erkidegoei "euren lurraldean aplikagarria den" lanbide arteko gutxieneko soldata ezartzeko ahalmena emateko, Euskadik LGS "propioa" eratzeko atea irekitzeko.
Ekimenak kontrako 44 boto (EAJ, PSE, PP eta Vox) eta aldeko 27 (EH Bildu eta Suma) jaso ditu, eta, beraz, Eusko Legebiltzarrak ez du izapidetuko.
ELAk, LABek, ESK-k, Steilasek, Hiruk eta Etxaldek bultzatutako Herri Ekimen Legegile honen defentsa Mikel Lakuntza ELAko idazkari nagusiak egin du. Markel Aranburu EAJko legebiltzarkideak esan du ekimen honetan lortu nahi den azken helburua lortzeko bide egokia "Euskadiko negoziazio kolektiboaren gutxieneko soldata negoziatzea" dela.
Hori dela eta, sindikatuei eta patronalari dagokienez, "elkarrizketa sozialaren eta negoziazio kolektiboaren garaia da, betorik eta jarrera maximalistarik gabe", esan du. "Ez inposaketari eta bai adostasunari; zarata gutxiago eta zorroztasun handiagoa komuna izan behar duen helburu bat bilatzeko", gaineratu du.

PPren aldetik, Alvaro Gotxik adierazi du bere taldea ez dagoela ados "LGS lurraldeka zatitzearekin". Gainera, ziurtatu du gutxieneko soldata oso "altuak" ondorio gisa izango lukeela "langile asko lan merkatutik kanpo geratuko liratekeela eta, beraz, langile horiei, gehien-gehienei, kalte egingo liekeela".
Jon Hernandez Sumarreko legebiltzarkidea "Euskadiko langileen soldatak igo ditzakeen euskal soldata bilatzearen" alde agertu da, "Euskadiko bizitzaren kostua ez delako Estatuko beste leku batzuetakoa bezalakoa".
Amaia Martinez Voxeko parlamentariak adierazi duenez, "koherentzia politiko hutsagatik, ezin dugu eskualde honetako lanbide arteko gutxieneko soldata Espainiakoaren desberdina izateko asmoa sinatu".
