Sources from the Bizkai Buru Batzar have confirmed that the mayor of the PNV, Karmele Tubilla, has dismissed Security Councilor Sonia Lopez after allegedly leaking an opposition process to become a Municipal Police officer in Santurtzi.
Ten people came to the exam to fill three seats, and the agent who allegedly received the leak got the second best note. The events have caused unrest in opposition groups, which have asked the Santurtzi City Council, under the PNV, to clarify these serious allegations.
The City Council is expected to publish some official communication today.
