Cebek believes that the indefinite strike "is not the solution" and that for Tubos Reunidos it would be "the end"
Cebek's president, Guillermo Buces, recalled that the Vizcaina employers warned that this company "has a very large part of its production destined for the American market, about 45% or 50%," and that "if that market, by imposing a 50% tariff, suddenly disappears, you have a serious problem that compromises your viability."

The employers of Bizkaia have called for collective bargaining to be tackled "without impositions" and with a commitment to dialogue, and have advocated the inclusion in the conventions of agreements and incentives (not necessarily economic) that will reduce the impact of absenteeism.
