From this morning, the first chapter of the 12th GOAZENseason is broadcast on the MAKUSI platform, while ETB1 will arrive next Friday. Basakabi's kids will experience many adventures this time. We will see the camp completely changed, with new ideas from director Maitane and young people from the juvenile center. With this year's stories, young viewers want to draw attention to the importance of understanding and teamwork.

A judge cancels the call by declaring disproportionate the linguistic profile of the Basque language required in 18 out of 20 of the posts of Superior Technician in Social Integration, when the majority of users of the service are in Spanish. 

The First Vice-President and Counsellor for Culture and Linguistic Policy, Ibone Bengoetxea, has reported that in 35% of the Basque institutions "the Basque language accreditation index has not been really verified". In response to the PP's complaint about "discrimination against Spanish speakers", Bengoetxea has stated that the fact that the popular are not "at all concerned" with this 35% "reflects" what the party is like.

The first Vice-President and Councillor for Culture and Linguistic Policy, Ibone Bengoetxea, has today presented to the Basque Parliament the draft budget of his department for 2026, which provides for a budget of EUR 413.7 million, 5.5% more than in 2025, the highest budget in the history of the department.

Germany has so far been one of the countries which has been reluctant to introduce Catalan, Basque and Galician into EU language regulations. s require the agreement of the 27 Member States.

In support of the ikastola Aresketa of Amurrio, next year's Araba Euskaraz party will be held under the slogan "Taupadak berpiztu!". The logo is a spark that goes to the center of a heart. In the last four years eight ikastolas of Álava have jointly organized the festival Araba Euskaraz in the Olarizu Park.

Esteban has said that the recent statements by Andueza are "out of place" and create tension and mistrust. In view of this, he has pointed out that the Basque Government is working "well" and that in the field of the Basque Country, with regard to the demand for the Basque language in the OPEs, Esteban is convinced that there is a possibility of reaching "a grand bargain" with PSE-EE.
