The Minister for Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation of the Spanish Government, José Manuel Albares, announced this measure at a hearing at the end of the Council of Ministers. The Israeli Army fired pasquins this morning in Gaza City to order the evacuation, as well as being told to move from the Al-Rashid road to the Al-Mawasi humanitarian camp, where about a million people currently live in Gaza City. 

Nearly a million people in the city have been told to leave Gaza and go "immediately" to Al Mawas (south).

The Army has confirmed the attack on a high-altitude block after ordering its evacuation to a "humanitarian zone" in the south, where, according to the Army, the building was used by Hamas.
