Bilbao's OTA service launched daylight saving time on Wednesday
Leioa extended OTA hours until midnight
The City Council has made this decision in the afternoon because parking problems occur in the three OTA areas of Leioa (Pinueta, Lamiako and Ibaiondo), where many of Getxo's neighbors leave their car.
Bilbao has established the OTA south of Zorrozaurre, with 150 regulated places
The new residential area will allow residents to park indefinitely, and the City Council expects to have about 550 places in the coming years.
Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council will apply an 8-hour new OTA rate from today
The new ticket will apply to Area 2 and will allow parking for eight euros from 10:00 to 20:00, with the usual break, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. (OTA free space).
