Bilbao's regulated OTA street parking service has started summer time on Wednesday, July 1. Summer time will be in effect until August 31, and regular hours will be restored on September 1.
The Bilbao City Council has reported that in the next two months there will be a change in the use of parking spaces, so that on Saturdays in July and August there will be no OTA service and in August users will not have to pay for parking their car in the afternoon.
