Hegaztien gripearen harira ezarritako konfinamenduan salbuespenak adosten saiatuko dira asteleheneko bileran

Astelehenean, azaroak 17, hegaztien uztiategietan ezarritako konfinamenduan "salbuespenak egiteko moduei" buruz hitz egingo dute Eusko Jaurlaritzak, aldundiek eta hegaztien sektoreetako ordezkariek, Xabier Arruti Gipuzkoako Lurralde Oreka Berdeko diputatuak ostiral honetan azaldu duenez.
Testuinguru horretan, Gipuzkoako Foru Aldundiak "neurrigabetzat" jo du Nekazaritza, Arrantza eta Elikadura Ministerioak (MAPA) emandako agindua, aire zabalean hazten diren etxeko hegaztien ustiategi guztietan konfinamendua ezartzen duena, hegaztien gripeak eragindako kutsatzea prebenitzeko eta kontrolatzeko.
"Errealitatea egunez egun aldatzen ari da, baina Euskadin gaur egun dagoen egoera aztertuta, gehiegizkoa iruditzen zaigu neurria, ez baita hegazti gripearen kasurik eman", azpimarratu du Arrutik.
Ministro-agindua ez zaiola gustatzen azpimarratu du, Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoak (EAE) "bere eskumen propioak dituelako", baina neurria betetzera behartuta daudela onartu du.
Dena dela, aginduak berak "salbuespenak egiteko aukera ematen duela adierazi du Arrutik, eta sektorearekin izandako bileran azaldu duenez, "kasuistika ezberdinak eta salbuespenak ezartzeko aukera ezberdinak aztertu dira, eta datorren asteleheneko topaketan sakonduko da horretan".
Ildo horretatik, Amaia Barredo Elikadura, Landa Garapen, Nekazaritza eta Arrantzako sailburuak azaldu duenez, ministerio-aginduak ezohiko neurriak aurreikusten ditu, baldin eta justifikatzen edo arrazoitzen bada animalien ongizateak edo animalia horiek ontzietan edo konfinamenduan irauteak zailtasunak dituela.
