Fantastic and horror cinema will be in San Sebastian for a week, starting on October 30th

On Friday, October 30, the37th Fantastic and Terror Film Weekwill begin in San Sebastian on October 30, until November 6. The festival will open with a Basque production ( Salitrede Norma Vila) and will be closed by a British film (Rhys Frake-Waterfield Pinocho: Unstrung), both at the Main Theatre.

The official section consists of 20 titles , with a total of 32 feature films, 33 short films and 6 television episodes, including Bloody Tennis  (Nikias Chryssos), Crawlers (Angel Gomez Hernandez), Ghost in the Cell and Sanguine .

Animedon: Japanese animation at the Victoria Eugenia

The parallel Animedon section will bring back three Japanese animated films, as well as a family tribute to Nekane Sarobe , Shin chan's dubbing: My name is Shin chan.\u00He participated in more than 500 episodes broadcast on A0EITB.

An exhibition of sculptures of Japanese folklore ("Hyakki yagyō: The NightParade of the Hundred Devils ", by Fuego Fatuo Art in ) and a live performance of the podcast of Eneko Garcia and Danel Pascual (Flop Kultura: Maritxuetik Songokura creating our identity) will complete Animedo.

Hong Kong Film Space

The Main Theatre will host two current Chinese films: Back to the Past eta Ultimate Revenge. In addition, two genre classics will also be shown on TBK: The Black Magic with Buddha eta Hard Boiled"

Preview of the series "Little Transparent Creatures", Basque shorts and a classic

TheTV series\u00A0will have a special preview at the Victoria Eugenia.  In addition, you will be able to watch a marathon of Basque shorts in a session sponsored by EITB.

The cebo, a classic of Spanish fantastic cinema directed by Ladislao Vajda, has been programmed in Tabakalera in collaboration with the Basque Film Library.
