No agreement has been reached between the unions and Mercedes Vitoria for the ninth hour of the day

The conciliation meeting held this Friday between the unions and the management of the Mercedes Benz plant in Vitoria-Gasteiz ended without agreement , according to UGT, so the union has announced that it will proceed with the judicial process, considering that the company sets the ninth hour of the day "in breach of priorities and objective regulation of activation".
At the conciliation meeting, UGT has called for the measure of activation of the nine-hour working day tobe revoked because "it does not conform to the priorities and objective regulation laid down in the collective agreement".
It also calls for the future extension of the working day to be revoked, "ensuring compliance with the conditions laid down in the Convention".
The union has also called for the rightto recover the overtime worked to be recognized as "overtime and to enable financial compensation or its value as a rest day".
