According to trade union sources, this is a negotiation planned within the EUR 100 million refurbishment plan planned by the multinational in Navarre. One of the sheet metal units has already been adapted to cope with the production of electric cars, and they now need to adapt the second.
Thus, the renovations will take place from April to June 2026, during which time the night shift and three evening shifts will be abolished.
