ELA and CCOO have announced a call to show their rejection of the "employers" bloc "in the negotiation of the agreement.
ELA and CCOOhave announced the Bizkaia self-school strike for 4 and 4 Novemberand have explained that they will denounce the "blockade of employers" during the collective agreement negotiations.
"The negotiation of the agreement remains blocked by the inadequate proposal of the APAVI employers," ELA said in a press release.
The union denounces that the employers have not updated their wages according to the CPI. Along with this, ELA claims that they do not accept a reduction in working hours and are not prepared to make improvements in health care.
The trade unions have therefore called two days of strike to denounce the employers' 'passive attitude' and have threatened that if the negotiations continue, there will be 'more strike days'.
