The Basque Government authorizes a solar park in Zalduondo with almost 5,500 panels
According to the resolution published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country, Perfect Business Location will now have three years to apply for final administrative authorization for the construction of the Katarri solar park.

The Basque Government has granted prior administrative authorization to the company Perfect Business Location for the construction of the solar park in Zalduondo (Álava).
It will have 5,480 panels and 2.5 megawatts of power.
According to the resolution published today in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country, the protective and corrective measures ordered by the Basque Government in August last year must also be approved.
Among these measures was the need to conduct a study on reproductive species between April and July, including blue and white grains.
Amendments should also be introduced toprotect the natural heritage , inter alia, so that the underground line passes through existing roads.
In addition, measures relating to agricultural land, cultural heritage, rural environment and waste managementare included.
Perfect Business Location shall have a period of three years from today to apply for final administrative authorization for the construction of the Katarri Solar Park, after which the authorization for the construction of the facility shall be deemed to have expired.
