The Ministry of Health has announced that it has reached an agreement with the Medical Forum, and it is therefore possible that the strike called by doctors against the Framework Statute will be halted.
The Ministry headed by Monica Garcia has issued the details of the agreement in a note. The Medical Forum is attended by the Medical College Organization (WTO), the CESM Trade Union, the Spanish Federation of Scientific Medical Societies (FACME), the National Conference of Dean of Medical Facets and the State Council of Medical Students (CEEM).
In recent months, this forum has supported the demands of the unions calling for unemployment, including the Medical Union of the Basque Country.
