Tubos Reunidos has lost a total of EUR 118.1 million in 2025, compared with a profit of EUR 28.6 million in the previous year, which, according to the company, was due to "restrictive tariff policies", particularly as a result of the growth applied to the import of steel from the United States.
The Alavesa company has informed the National Securities and Exchange Commission that the company's negative ebitda is 22.8 million.

Following last year's provisional results, Tubos Reunidos presented an employment regulation file for 301 workers at the Amurrio and Trapagaran factories, as well as the closure of the steel factory in Álava, which earlier this week registered 285 voluntary leave in the labour authority.
