A court inVitoria-Gasteiz has declared seven voluntary creditor companies of the Tubos Reunidos group in competition and appointed PKFAttest Concursal S.L.P. P as competition administrator.
This statement is made in two cars of the Civil Section No. 7 of the Court of Instance of Vitoria-Gasteiz, with commercial powers, in one of which Tubos Reunidos Group, S.L.U., with factories in Amurrio and Trapagaran, and Tubos Reunidos Premium Threads, S.L., with a centre in Iruña de Oca, have been declared in competition with creditors.
In the other order, the holder of the court jointly declares the Tubos Reunidos Services S.L.U., Aplicaciones Tubulares S.L.U., Tubos Reunidos GMBH (Germany), Tubos Reunidos América INC (EE.UU) and RDT INC (EE.UU) in competition with creditors.
In the case of companies listed on the stock exchange, the court, before declaring the competition, shall require the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV) to submit a triplete of bidding administrators to be appointed by the commercial judge.
