The independent advisorof Tubos Reunidos, Jesús Pérez Rodríguez Urrutia, has resigned as an investigator in the case involving former socialist militant Leire Díez .
The steel company informed him on Friday that it had received a letter of dismissal from him and has ceased to be an independent advisor to the company since today, Friday.
In addition to this adviser, the current CEO of the company, Carlos López de las Heras, and the former president of Tubos Reunidos, Francisco Irazusta, are also under investigation, as confirmed to EFE sources of the case.
