The insolvency administration of Tubos Reunidos reports the submission ofa dozen interested parties for the purchase of the company or for the preparation of an offer in connection with it to the works council of the Trapagaran plant, without specifying whether the interest relates to the activity of the company or refers to the entire production unit.
According to trade union sources consulted, the insolvency administrator has informed them that the Trapagaran plant " has sufficiently guaranteed production until November ".
Until September
With regard to the identity of a dozen bidders, given the confidentiality of the process, the sources have explained that no information has been provided, and they believe that they will not be disclosed until September.
