Bizkaia closes its Income Campaign with 702,000 statements and 664 million returns
The collection of data from Bizkaia concludes this year's campaigns in the ACV, with the first application of the new measures and deductions contained in the last tax reform, which have had a positive impact on the taxpayers.
In the 2025 Bizkaia Income Campaign, the number of declarations has been broken, since 702,048 IRPF declarations have been submitted (26,230 more than in the previous year), with a total return of 644 million euros to taxpayers in the territory (598 million in the 2024 campaign).
On the other hand, 9,767 property tax returns have been made, one thousand more than in the 2024 campaign, with revenue of 142.1 million, 30 million more.
This year's campaign took place between 15 April and 30 June, and the Member for Finance and Finance, Itxaso Berrojalbiz, said on Thursday in the presentation of the balance sheet that the increase of 26,230 income returns shows that "there is an economy in Bizkaia that continues to show good development and dynamism in employment".
In total, 481,978 declarations have been returned (€1,337 on average) and 193,132 have been repaid, with an average income of €2,996, or 578.6 million in the territory's coffers.

In total, the Treasury has processed 434,090 income returns, 12,090 more than planned and 10,090 more than last year.
