The lehendakari, Imanol Pradales, has announced that the Basque Government will hold an international conference on the revitalization of the Basque Country in 2027 to agree "the foundations for the coming decades".
The President has made this announcement at the "Jauzia Gara" event held at the Azkuna Zentroa in Bilbao, which has brought together 270 representatives from all sectors: business, hospitality, trade unions, university, cultural, media, Euskaltegis, Basque...
At this event, Pradales has recognized the work done by society for years in favour of the Euskera and has called for its involvement in the future as well: "There has been enormous progress, but we need a new paradigm to make a qualitative leap from what we have achieved."
Likewise, the lehendakari has proclaimed that all sectors must be driven "in the same direction and in the same direction" and that "everyone's involvement and involvement is needed".

"The intention is that within two years (2025-27) there should be extensive and varied elaboration, culminating in a major, heterogeneous and significant international conference," he explained.
