The man arrested in Errenteria for his alleged connection to the assault on a man in Torre Pacheco has been sent to prison
The Ertzaintza arrested him on Monday in Errenteria when he was about to take a train to Irun, apparently to cross the border.
Examining magistrate No. 5 of Donostia-San Sebastián has provisionally and without bail sent to prison the young man arrested yesterday in Errenteria for his alleged connection to the assault on a 68-year-old man in Torre Pacheco, Murcia.
According to research sources, he will be transferred to Martutene prison.
According to the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPV), the 19-year-old detainee is charged with an offence of injury.
The Ertzaintza arrested him in Errenteria when he was about to take a train to Irun, apparently with the intention of crossing the border.
With this latest arrest, all those allegedly involved in last Wednesday's attack have been captured.
An investigation is under way into what the three detainees were doing and the motive for the attack, as the victim was not stolen and was only beaten.
