The Ertzaintza has arrested a 27-year-oldman accusedof sexually assaultingseveral minors in the Altza neighbourhood of Donostia.
The arrest took place on 6 August, following an investigation initiated in early July, when the Ertzaintza received a complaint for an alleged crime against sexual freedom and other related offences, as reported on Saturday by the Basque Government's Department of Security.
Several units of the Ertzaintza in Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa worked in a coordinated manner to identify and locate the alleged perpetrator . The agents searched the suspect's address.
Finally, he was arrested on Thursday, and his house was searched. The man was brought before the court yesterday, and the investigating judge ordered him to be placed in provisional detention.
