The 41-year-old detainee has been intercepted in Arriaga Park after being caught assaulting the victim by witnesses.

The attack took place at about 4.30 p.m. on Friday afternoon, when several passers-by heard cries from a woman and alerted the Ertzaintza. When the officers arrived, the woman ran towards them, finding the alleged aggressor eta naked from the waist down.
According to the victim's testimony, he had stayed with his ex-partner to return some personal items, but once in the park, the arrested man held the woman and immobilized her.
The alleged aggressor has been arrested on charges of an offence against sexual freedom and transferred to police stations, and after being taken into custody, the judge has ordered his immediate imprisonment .
