Two men, aged 36 and 38, have been arrested inBilbaoon charges of committing a sexual freedom offence for sexually assaulting a woman overnight in an abandoned pavilion in Zorrotzaurre.
The victim reported that the men tried to have sexwith the woman and that when she refused to have sex, they touched her.
Last Monday, September 1, the woman was the victim of another more violent attack, and after escaping, she called the 112 emergency phone for help, which allowed the immediate arrest of one of the attackers.
The second assailant was arrested on Saturday and transferred to police stations to complete the necessary procedures before being transferred to the Bilbao Guard Court.
