The trial of the nurse who accused hundreds of minors of pretending to have given vaccines has taken a new course after medical experts diagnosed the woman with "delusional disorder," as confirmed by EITB.
On the fourth day of the trial, forensics have confirmed that this clinical picture was detected in June 2021, although at that time the professional remained in the position of pediatrics. Experts have pointed out that mental disturbance had a direct impact on her activity and have recommended that the defendant begin psychiatric treatment.
The accused was scheduled to testify today, but eventually refused to testify on the grounds that he was not in a position to testify. The court upheld the decision and will continue the trial in the next few days.
The nearly 50 families who ask for 12years in prison hope that the charge will be strong and that it will be a "punishment" for the professional who "played" with the health of more than 400 children.
