In his statement to the Supreme Court, the former president of Adif has denied having been under any pressure to buy the musu or plug anyone in.

The defendant took advantage of his status as a teacher and, using the personal data of his underage students, acquired access keys to e-mails and social networks such as Instagram or Snapchat, as well as private files and photos of students.

In response to questions from the Public Prosecutor's Office, the head of the police investigation has explained that the investigation made it clear that Villarejo was reporting to two people the progress and news about Kitchen: Eugenio Pino  to the Deputy Operational Director and "especially" to the former Secretary of State Francisco Martinez.

The child's parents have expressed their pain and disagreement with the resolution, which "is by no means sufficient in terms of scope or reasoning", but have refused to appeal the sentence out of respect for judicial decisions, but also because of the "need to put an end to a long, painful and emotionally destructive process".

The businessman has said he took two payments of 45,000 euros to the PSOE headquarters and has stated that Ábalos "wanted a house" for his efforts on the hydrocarbon licence.

At the first session, on previous issues, the lawyers of the ten defendants have asked to suspend the trial against the head of the Ministry of the Interior at the time of the Government of Mariano Rajoy. 

The defence, for its part, has requested the acquittal of the accused on the grounds that the teacher had only a "friendly" relationship with the alleged victims and had not committed any crime.

The judge investigating the case considers that the facts could constitute a crime of trafficking in human beings. The car states that the young man was forced to marry "for 5,000 euros, five bottles of whiskey and food" and then forced to beg in several municipalities in Catalonia.

Several women who attended the accused teacher students at Elizalde School in Oiartzun have today approached the Provincial Court of Gipuzkoa to show their support for the victims, one of whom has explained that when they were 11-12 years old they had to hear "obscene comments" from the man, and against what he heard at the trial, he has assured them that "the man was the one who approached them and made inappropriate comments."

The Public Prosecutor's Office is requesting 22 years' imprisonment for this teacher, accused of making proposals for three children aged 13 and 15 to have sex in exchange for money or gifts.

In an abandoned building in Artxanda, in August 2023, the body of a man, torn apart and burned, was found inside a suitcase. 

The eleven defendants have testified this Wednesday, all of whom have denied having committed homophobic insults against the victim and assaulted him for his sexual orientation. One admitted that he had a fight with the victim but claimed that no one else participated.

On the second day of the trial, the Ertzainas found and identified the defendants as they fled the homophobic attack site on 6 June 2021. 

On Monday, 11 people accused of assaulting Perrino in the early morning hours of 6 June 2021 were tried in the Provincial High Court of Bizkaia. The victim has reported that, in addition to the physical injuries she suffered at the time, she suffers mental injuries and is still undergoing psychiatric treatment.

They shall be tried for alleged offences of bribery, trafficking in influence, embezzlement, criminal organization, use and use of insider information, falsehood and prevarication.

With this particular indictment, in addition to the crime of smuggling, the requirement would be met that the three perpetrators of Sidenor could be investigated as accomplices in the crime of genocide, against humanity and against protected persons and property in the event of armed conflict. The prosecutor had requested the cancellation of the records of Sidenor and the withdrawal of the charges of offences other than smuggling, precisely because this requirement was not met.

The two defendants have accepted the facts and reached an agreement with the Public Prosecutor's Office, so that instead of 12 years' imprisonment, they have been sentenced to five years' imprisonment, and for six years they will not be able to approach or contact the victim.
