A man has been arrested in Huelva on charges of killing his former partner
The woman's 47-year-old victim's comrades found her body with signs of violence on the same farm where she worked and lived. The woman's daughter informed the Civil Guard last week that the detainee had threatened her mother after announcing her marriage to another person.
The Civil Guard has arrested a 56-year-old man in Moguer (Huelva) accused of killing his former partner,a 47-year-old woman , in a case under investigation as male violence, EFE has been informed of sources of the investigation.
The arrest took place early this morning afterthe victim's colleagues found the woman's body with signs of violence and went to look for her because she had not appeared at her job on an agricultural farm in the town.
The victim's daughter informed the officers last week that the detainee had threatened her motherafter announcing her marriage to another person.
According to sources, there were no reports of male violence or any record of a detainee in the VioGen system.
The mayor of Moguer, Gustavo Cuéllar, has told EFE that, according to information provided by the Local Police and the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard, the woman has died of "stab wounds".
