A couple willing to pay EUR 3 000 have been prevented from selling a newborn baby in Malaga

Achild recently born in Malaga has been illegally handed over to a couple is frustrated by the Spanish police Espain.According to an agreement already agreed by both parties, the biological mother would receive 3,000 euros .

The investigation began after the baby was taken to a provincial hospital . The biological mother  revealedto the agents several contradictions related to the relationship of the alleged father, registered in the Civil Registry. 

The agents found that the biological mother had reached an economic agreement with a partner in parenting treatment. In this regard, the man who appeared in the Civil Registry parent is not his biological father, but, according to the child's mother, was willing to be named father person.

The investigation has revealed that the couple contacted the biological mother of that baby, finding that they could not have children, and that the real mother agreed to register the newborn as the daughter of both of them. 

However, it was ultimately not carried out thanks to police intervention, ensuring the protection of the child.
