The Ertzaintza investigates a sexual assault on a minor in public toilets in the Arenal

The Ertzaintza has opened an investigation after a minor reported a sexual assault in Bilbao, according to the Basque Government's Department of Security. 

According to the above-mentioned sources, the minor boy's guardians filed a complaint on 3 December for an offence against sexual freedom. 

According to the complaint, the sexual assault took place last Wednesday afternoon in the public bathrooms of the Arenal. The man entered the bathroom after him and sexually assaulted him after the robbery.

Then the alleged aggressor fled. 

The victim had to be treated at the hospital.
