Prosecution sources have reported that pre-trial investigations have begun this Wednesday after the hospital admitted that two patients have died of a human error and damage to three others in custody.
The hospital claimed that this was a human error, which the hospital management considers to be the natural defect of the centre, without pointing to anyone on the staff as responsible. They further noted that as soon as the situation became known, an internal investigation was opened to clarify what had happened, and action protocols were reviewed to avoid further risks and minimize the chances of human error.
