It would be the fourth hotel school in the Basque Country, along with the schools in Leioa, Galdakao and Gamarra.
Gipuzkoa will becomethe first Vocational Training Hotel School from 2027, as announced by the Basque Government's Education Counsellor, Begoña Pedrosa.
The fourthhotel schoolin the Basque Country would be , along with the schools in Leioa, Galdakao and Gamarra. The Department of Education is working with the City Council of San Sebastian for the location.
The first Gipuzkoa Hotel School of Cooking and Gastronomy will beginwith the middle grade , followed by the basic and higher grades related to the Kitchen Directorate.
The Public Vocational Training will join the strong proposal offered by the Basque Coulinary Center in the private sphere, according to the counsellor, which, according to the head of the Department of Education, aims to provide an offer to anyone who wants to achieve employability but also to evolve in their career path.
