The Padura Club in Arrigorriaga has "strongly condemned" the "unfounded allegations" of sexual harassment suffered by a minor

The sports club Padura Club Arrigorriaga has "strongly condemned" the "unfounded accusations"spread by a 14-year-old girl about sexual harassment by the Bidaure Association for the Defence of Children and Adolescents and the feminist association Urruma. 

These two local associations in Bizkaiahave accused the sports club  of "lack of firmness" in a social media release of sexual violence and harassment suffered by a minor. In connection with these crimes, five young people are being investigated. According to the association's complaint, these  boys have harassed the girls' team player in training and one of them broadcast a sex video of the girl.

In a statement released on Friday evening, Padura "strongly condemns any kind of attack,"as well as" the dissemination of the video that caused the situation. "It asserts that the act is" irresponsible "and" violates people's privacy. "

However, it suggests that the Bidaure and Urruma associations have spread "false and uncontrasted information"and accuses them of" distorting reality, causing harm to minors, their families and the entire sports community. "

The club points out several points in the note. On the one hand, it states that the video was not broadcast by any local player. It adds that "there is no record of any sexual assault, harassment or violence on the premises" and that the club is not aware that "any complaints have been made against players". Finally, it confirms that the events did not take place within the scope of the club's activity.

However, it has shown its "readiness" to "cooperate" with the minor's family, the competent institutions and anyone who may provide verified information and has wished to clarify that, in November 2025, when the facts became known, "internal protection protocols and specific preventive measures were taken".
