Three minors arrested in Vitoria-Gasteiz for assaulting and homophobic insulting two young men

The Ertzaintza arrested three minors in Vitoria-Gasteiz this morning — two 17-year-old and one 16-year-old — forassaulting two boys , who were also subjected to homophobic insultswhile being beaten.
The Ertzaintza has reported that around 06:00 hours several Ertzainas have approached the Old Town of Vitoria-Gasteiz after receiving a warning from two people who have been attacked.
The victims have informed the officers that three boys have approached them, thrown them to the ground and punchedand kicked them several times.
They say that while they've been playing, they've also been insulted for being "homosexuals . "
Minutes later, the officers tracked down and arrested the three alleged assailants. These are two 17-year-old boys and a 16-year-old.
The detainees will be placed at the disposal of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office once the police proceedings have been completed.
