As reported this Friday by the Bilbao City Council, this service will be located at 36 Campo Volantín and will be operational from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 20:00.
To access the pre-appointment system, the municipal website (www.bilbao.eus) will have a specific link on the home page. Applicants must be identified (passport, registration card, travel title).
The City Council has recalled that the "Vulnerability Report" is not mandatory for all applicants, since only those who have not applied for asylum, those who cannot prove that they have worked in Spain or those who do not have a direct family in the State (children under 18 years of age, children with disabilities or the father or mother in their care) must submit it.
If he can prove that he has applied for asylum, worked or had that kind of family, he doesn't need a "vulnerability report."
