Osakidetza has launched for the second year in a row the Youth and Loyalty Program, with the aim of maintaining and attracting talent to last year's residents, so doctors who finish their residence and work in Osakidetza will earn 2,500 euros more than in the first edition.
For the second year in a row, Osakidetza has launched the Youth and Loyalty program to retain resident internal doctors who complete their training and attract external talent, which this year will cost almost 60,000 euros a year, 2,565 euros more than last year.
The Rejuvenation and Loyalty programme is aimed at residents of the last year of any specialty in Osakidetza or other Autonomous Community, both in Primary Care and in Hospital Care.
