Duringthe trial at the Gipuzkoa High Court to clarify the murder of the young hernaniarra Lukas Agirre youth, Zuriñe Izko's mother has declared, visibly excited, that she has requested a "just punishment" for the two main defendants who are being tried for responsibility for the death of her son.
He has also wished the two main defendants to move away from the "violence and hatred" which have caused so much pain and which they have in them.
Unable to contain her emotion, she remembers the moment she greeted her son that night on December 24, 2022. After telling him she was very handsome and had fun, she gave him a hug and two kisses.
Izco explained that he was a "sensitive" boy whose life was fully focused, who never got into trouble.
He has stressed that not only his son Luke, but the whole family were ruined, and he has also thanked all those who support him every day and send him messages of support.
In addition to the popular jury, Izko's statement has affected those who have come to follow the trial firsthand.
