A 36-year-oldwoman has reported rape and sexual assault at a bar near the Cam de Prats district of Baiona, according to the Baiona Public Prosecutor's Office.
The macho attack took place on Wednesday after a 42-year-oldman approached the woman and offered her a drink and offered to take her home, which she accepted.
However, instead of staying at the woman's house,she tookher home and raped and sexually assaulted her.
The victim fileda complaint at the police station that same day and was treated at the hospital by a doctor.
The judge has ordered the accused to be placed in pre-trial detention without a police record.
