The owner of a candy store in San Sebastian has been sent to prison for sexually assaulting a girl in her shop

With this information, officers of the investigation section of the Donostia police station initiated proceedings and concluded that the alleged aggressor might have had a candy shop in a neighbourhood in the capital of Guipuzcoana.
The details provided by the minor matched his description, the Department of the Interior said.
At 8.30 p.m. on 30 June, the officers arrested the alleged perpetrator of the attack, the owner of the shop where the reported events allegedly took place, a 22-year-old man.
Last Wednesday, after receiving judicial authorization, the Ertzaintza Scientific Police inspected and searched the premises and obtained various evidence.
The detainee was transferred to police stations to carry out the necessary procedures and was subsequently taken into custody on Thursday, who finally ordered the man to be placed in prison.
The detainee, who has a police record for similar events, is being investigated by the Ertzaintza to identify potential victims and the Department of Safety and Security has requested assistance in reporting possible incidents related to the investigation.
