The UPV today offers general data on zeros in the USaP, lesson by lesson

Today the rectoral team of the University of the Basque Country will give details of the zero of the university entrance test.

From what they have advanced, it will become apparent that the controversy over the Basque language exams has gone too far, and even that there are some other subjects that have been zero as much as the Basque language.

The appointment will take place at ten o'clock this morning in Vitoria-Gasteiz, on the UPV/EHU campus in Álava, where the University Access Test (USaP) data will be released in the run-up to this week's meeting with the Department of Education.

The Rector, Joxerramon Bengoetxea, together with the Vice-Rector, Urtza Garay, shall provide the data collected by subjectto subject, by comparison of subjects, or by matching the notes of previous years.

Education Counselor Begoña Pedrosa said last week in Euskadi Irratia thatthe average Euskera test has dropped by half a point, but she did not know how to assess it.

According tothe rectoral team, the data will clarify that zeros have not been limited to the Basque language test, nor to a single court. They have even advanced that there are some other subjects with a higher percentage of zero-rated subjects.

They add that they are concerned that, following the controversy over the amendments, the institutions have not felt supported and have refused to act as correctors next year.
