Hours before the body was found, a man committed suicide in the village and the National Police are investigating whether the two events are related.
A 30-year-old woman has been found dead with stab woundsin a home in Antequera, Malaga, around 2 p.m. The National Police is investigating whether this murderis related to the suicide of a 35-year-old man.
As the body showed signs of violence, specialists from the Scientific Police and the judicial team have come to the house to collect evidence.
A few hours before the discovery, around 11:50 a.m., a 35-year-old man committed suicide by throwing himself off the Alcazaba wall in Antequera, and police are investigating whether the crime is related to suicide.
Hypotheses include gender-based violence.
In July, four women were violently killed in Malaga, and on July 1, a 35-year-old woman was found dead in a well in Rincón de la Victoria, where her 49-year-old ex-partner confessed to the crime.
A week later, a 61-year-old woman and her 31-year-old daughter were found in a flat in Mijas. He was allegedly stabbed to death by his mother's boyfriend and then set fire to the house to try to hide the crimes.
