A man was arrested this morning in Barcelona by the Mossos d'Escaladra on charges of killing his partner, a 34-year-old woman, who was stabbed yesterday afternoon, and the alleged aggressor turned himself in today at a police station in Catalonia.
Sources close to the investigation have reported that the alleged aggressor was arrested early in the morning after he confessed to the crime .
