The Second Section of the Navarre High Court has sentenced a 38-year-old man to 5 years and 4 months in prison for continuing abuse and sexual assault of his wife in the Pamplona region.
Specifically, five months in prison for ill-treatment, five months for continued threats and five months for continued sexual assault, the judge has sentenced the aggressor to four years and six months.
