A 59-year-old carrier based in Torrevieja (Alicante) has been arrested by the Ertzaintza in Astigarraga on charges ofhabitual mistreatmentofhis wife , who has reportedly tried twice in the last five days to strangle his wife and hit her with a blunt object.
