A 41-year-old man has been arrested in Vitoria-Gasteiz on charges of sexually assaulting a woman in his home

Local police in Vitoria-Gasteiz havearrested a 4-year-old male accused of sexually assaulting and holding a woman in her home.
According to the city council in a statement on Monday, the attacker was arrested at 8.55 a.m. on Friday after a woman reported at police station that a man had raped her in a home in the Zabalgana neighbourhood.
The investigation team activated the sexual assault protocol and transferred the victim to a hospital for examination.
After the complaint and investigation, the accused was located and arrested.
Another man has been arrested for locking and threatening his ex-partner with a knife.

The defendant was arrested on Sunday morning on charges of mistreating and threatening his ex-partner with a knife. He is also charged with resisting and disobeying the officers.
Around 9 a.m., several citizens called 092 warning that they were fighting with a knife in the Sansomendi neighbourhood. When the officers arrived at the scene, the neighbours explained that they had managed to remove the knife from the attacker and that he had fled to his home.
When the police arrived, he refused to open the door for them, and when they got in he was very aggressive and ordered a dog to attack the officers. So he was arrested.
The officers found the man's ex-partner in the house, locked up in the bathroom.
