Education Counselor Begoña Pedrosahas appeared before the Basque Parliament to explain the poor results of the latest PISA report, , which has admitted to "self-criticism "and to assume" responsibilities ".
He has made these statements to the Education Commission, where the opposition asked him to explain the results of that report and the latest diagnostic evaluation by his department.
