The man was arrested yesterday afternoon for the second time \u00A0 and by court order, as he did not attend the summons issued by the Bergara Court investigating the case.
He was arrested on Saturday for the first time with another man, both accused by the Eibar guard court of sexually assaulting a minor and released them with precautionary measures. He withdrew his passport and ordered them to appear on Wednesday in the Bergara courthouse. Only one of the two executed the order; the judge sent him to prison.
