"Israel has committed genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza," says a UN commission
This independent United Nations International Commission has confirmed that, in view of the definition of genocide under international law, "the Israeli authorities and security forces have carried out four of the five genocidal acts".
"Israel has committed genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza, "said an Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Tuesday, headed by the former head of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Genocide in Rwanda, Navi Pillay.
According to the investigation initiated by Hamas on 7 October 2023 on the occasion ofthe Day against Israel, "the Israeli authorities and security forces have carried out four of the five genocidal acts", in accordance with the definition of genocide contained in international law.
